Avelino is dedicated to making your visit or move to Portugal easier and smoother. Their service is focused on anticipating needs and providing access to the most suitable experiences and services. Founded by Sara Avelino, they challenged us to position their brand as more than just a relocation program — they offers concierge and personal assistant services designed to help individuals and businesses manage their day-to-day tasks and errands, providing support and assistance to make their lives easier. As a concierge service, Avelino can assist with a variety of tasks such as travel planning, restaurant reservations, event tickets, and more. They can also help with personal assistant tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing email and correspondence, and running errands.

With the concept and logo previously defined, we designed a new website, developed the presentation design, and created the business card to showcase their brand promise of providing a warm and inclusive experience. Our strategy was actionable and user-friendly, positioning Avelino as the go-to for organizing daily life, finding a home, obtaining key documents, and planning.

Our design team created an engaging brand identity that captures the essence of Avelino's hospitality concept. The bold wordmark and custom-illustrated hero character deliver a playful and energetic identity that is both inviting and memorable.

The result is a thoughtfully considered brand identity that elevates Avelino's unique voice in delivering a comforting and exciting experience to those planning to visit or move to Portugal.
